Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: 19 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AIJUTSU PTE LTD ("Aijutsu", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit aijutsu.dev (the "Site") or contact us through it.
We are a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202610279E) and handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Site and respond to you.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- your name,
- your email address,
- the type of enquiry you select, and
- the message you write.
We use this solely to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, country, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. Visitor counts are derived from a daily-rotating one-way hash and no raw IP address or personal identifier is stored.
- Bot protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check to confirm you are human. It does not use tracking cookies for advertising.
- Server logs & security. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) transiently to serve the Site securely and mitigate abuse.
How we use your data
We use personal data only to:
- respond to and follow up on your enquiry;
- operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- understand aggregate, non-identifying usage to improve the Site; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage we use is limited to essential, first-party items — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and is not personal data we can read.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site work, and only as far as needed:
| Provider | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, bot protection (Turnstile) | Their infrastructure |
| Resend | Delivering the contact-form email to us | Their infrastructure |
| Plausible (self-hosted) | Cookieless, aggregate analytics | Our infrastructure |
These providers act as our data intermediaries and are bound to process data only on our instructions. Some may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures — including HTTPS in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to the PDPA, you may:
- access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
- correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- withdraw consent to our continued use of your personal data.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to an open enquiry.
Children
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
