These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aijutsu.dev (the "Site"), operated by AIJUTSU PTE LTD ("Aijutsu", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202610279E). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing website describing Aijutsu's technology advisory and development services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, or binding commitment to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Aijutsu.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems;

The Aijutsu name and logo are our trademarks. Case studies describe past work and may reference clients or outcomes with permission; they are provided for illustration and are not a promise of similar results.
